A letter to myself

Hey there self. 

It’s time to really put your nose to the grindstone and really kickstart this losing weight thing. 

You’re beautiful as you are, but being thinner will help you stay beautiful longer. oh man i cant even type this its so convoluted— I AM BEAUTIFUL. 

okay whatever omg

so yeah

its okay if you slip up and eat something that’s unhealthy

dont beat yourself up over it because it happens and that’s totally okay. 

you can do it.

yes. 

First goal, drink water instead of soda. 

get tea with milk instead of coffee with cream. 

take the stairs. 

move for the sake of moving at least once a day.
